I Was Prescribed OLMAT-H 20mg Daily, And I Was Weighing

I was prescribed OLMAT-H 20mg daily, and I was weighing around 105 KG earlier. Now i have reduced around 20KG of weight by having active workout regularly and having healthy food and I found I do not need BP medicine as my BP level was going down to 115-Systolic and 75- DIAstolic.
After stopping BP medicine for last 3 days my BP level is around 122/79 most of the time. Hope I have not done anything wrong. Do I need
