I Was Prescribed Amoxicillin For An Ear And Gland Infection

I was prescribed amoxicillin for an ear and gland infection 500mg 3 times a day for 5 days, this cause constipation! I finished the course on Monday evening and I am now constantly on the toilet, clearing out my system I'm guessing but why is it green?
