I Was Prescribed Diclofenac Sodium 3% Gel For Actinic Keratosis

I was prescribed diclofenac sodium 3% gel for actinic keratosis on my lips. I have used it for 4 weeks and my lips have cleared. Now I have sun damage on my chest with itchy red spots. Is this also actinic keratosis and can I use the same gel to clear it up?
