I Was Prescribed Nasal Spray, Prednisone And Benzonatate For A

I was prescribed nasal spray, Prednisone and Benzonatate for a viral cold/possible upper respiratory infection today. Took the Prednisone around 2pm (recommended once a day), with the nasal spray and Benzonatate. Just took a second Benzo 10 minutes ago (recommended 3 per day).

My question is for sleep tonight, can I take either 30ML NyQuil or 1 Benadryl with the above drugs?
