I Was Prescribed The Z Pack For An Upper Respiratory

I was prescribed the z pack for an upper respiratory infection last week. I started it on Thursday and took the last dose on Monday. Yesterday (Tuesday) I started to cough again and have another sore throat. I have a refill available but not sure if I can start it now?
