I Was Prescribed Trimethoprim For 3 Days With Did Not

I was prescribed trimethoprim for 3 days with did not clear up my uti, (25th-28th sept), I did have sex on the 28th without protection other than bc, I am now taking nitrofuratoin for 7 days, the pharmacist said neither of these interact with the combined pill? I'm due my pill free week on Monday 3rd October, any risk of pregnancy?
