I Was Prescribed Vaginal Yeast Infection Cream (to Insert Every

I was prescribed vaginal yeast infection cream (to insert every night for 7days) and Metronidazole tablets (take twice a day for 7days) since they weren't sure if it's yeast or bacterial infection. After 7days of taking both meds, my symptoms went away fro a while (no weird discharge or smell), but lebia and vaginal are still itchy and burning although it's better then before. Should I take over the counter Monizat 3 again? or what can I do to stop the itch and burning?
