I Was Prescribed With Norethisterone Primolut N Three Times A

I was prescribed with norethisterone primolut n three times a day because i have a bleeding for almost three weeks after mestruation. I've taken only 5 pills and it stopped my mestruation for 2 days. I also stopped taking the pills. After two days my bleeding is back again, my question is:
Will i still continue to take primolut n? Since i stopped taking for 3 days?
