I Was Previously On Aspirin Daily But Have Recently Been

I was previously on aspirin daily but have recently been put on plaquenil. My Rheumatologist took me off the aspirin - I'm worried that there isn't enough aspirin in the medication since I've had previous strokes. Am I covered with the plaquenil without the extra aspirin ?
