I Was Punched In The Face And Was Knocked Unconscious.

I was punched in the face and was knocked unconscious. I had to black eyes and a very swollen nose. This happened 3 weeks ago and now I have a lump on my check bone that hurts very bad and numbness on the right side of nose. I was thinking the lump may be a blood clot I'm not sure.
