I Was Punched In The Forehead And Now Have A

I was punched in the forehead and now have a large lump that my doctor says is scar tissue and also two large veins that pertrude on my forehead as well. There are also two small dents that are viable where the knuckles actually made the impact. These have stayed persistent for 4 years now. What are my options to remove/smooth out my forehead?
