I Was Put On Icquetiapinne At A Dose Of 300

I was put on icquetiapinne at a dose of 300 mg a day on 9/15/2015. I was started on that dosage. I am not doing well at all. Very tense fearful and major. Anxiety. Is this something that I can go off of now. Side effects? Told to go and check in at outpatient psych center. I am on many other depression and mood stabilizers too.
