I Was Recenter Diagnosed With Multiple Ovarian Cysts, On Both

I was recenter diagnosed with multiple ovarian cysts, on both the left and right sides. I've been on 2 antibiotics for almost two weeks. When I'm in a reduced amount of pain I'm able to be sexually active. Two days ago after having sex my vaginal opening felt sore and like it'd been rubbed raw; the same with my clitoris. I noticed a white substance when pulling back the hood that seemed to be skin. All tests for STI/yeast/bacterial infections came back negative. I do have rather dry skin year round and have noticed slight skin sensitivity changes since starting antibiotics. Could this be related to my recent diagnosis, and is there something I should do?
