I Was Recently Bit By A Tick About 2-3 Weeks

I was recently bit by a tick about 2-3 weeks ago and found it attached to the back of my scalp. I pulled it out not knowing what it was until I pulled it out and it had some of my scalp attached it. I know have a bump and it’s red and sore. Is this anything to be concerned about?
