I Was Recently Diagnosed With HSV2, Although It Is Suspected

I was recently diagnosed with HSV2, although it is suspected I was asymptomatic for a quite a while. I am on daily suppressant of Valtrex of 1 gram. However, I just went through a stressful move after a job loss. While in my first three weeks of suppressive treatment, I experienced about three weeks of terrible itching in the rectal area, but with no lesions, and there were no lesions in the vaginal area. But I also experienced two white spots on my tongue. Any idea if I can have an outbreak while on Valtrex and what the two white spots on my tongue might be?
