I Was Recently Diagnosed With Stage 1 Uterine Cancer And

I was recently diagnosed with Stage 1 uterine cancer and had a total hysterectomy December 2. Within the last week I have suddenly gained weight, have shortness of breath and swelling in legs and ankles. I kept a food journal and know it isn't because of the holidays. I've gained as much as one to two pounds nearly every 24 hours. How serious is this?
