I was recently diagnosed with allergic and bacterial pink eye. My lacriminal caruncle hurts and is irritated. It feels like something is in my eye. I was prescribed tobramycin and I take it four times a day with hot compresses for five days. Today makes day two of treatment. Will these drops help with my inflamed caruncle?
