I Was Recently Diagnosed With Celiac Disease. My Dr. Is

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. My dr. is somewhat certain but I do not have a lot of the typical symptoms. I'm going for a second opinion this week. Primary symptoms are tightness in chest after eating, which is relieved by burping. Also, my stomach will growl and this can also relieve the tightness. What else can be causing my discomfort
