I Was Recently Diagnosed With Having A Large Gallstone In

I was recently diagnosed with having a large gallstone in my gallbladder after a horrible attack. I continue to have pain and nausea all day every day. I can barely eat and I'm up all night. I don't have an appointment with the surgeon for over a week. What can I do? I'm miserable.
