I Was Recently Diagnosed With Hypothyroidism, A Family Challenge, And

I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism, a family challenge, and I took my first dose of Levothyroxine this morning. Is it better to take it at night or in the middle of the night? Also, I've read that calcium hinders the medication's effects. Does that mean no milk, yogurt, or coffee cream in the morning?
