I Was Recently Diagnosed With Late Stage Neuro Lyme But

I was recently diagnosed with late stage neuro Lyme but for years have had palpitations. Some tachycardia... All tests normal. EKGs, stress test,echo, hotter monitor...... My heart rate is all over the place. In the mornings usually in the 50's, 60-80's mostly but can be standing still or doing simple takes and it will go to 120's and feel like it's beating very hard. Occasionally have pvc's. Sometimes will be 120's lying down. Rate may be normal sometimes, but it will beat so hard you can see my shirt bouncing with it. Crazy right?
