I Was Recently Diagnosed With Menstric Panniculitis . I Am

I was recently diagnosed with menstric panniculitis . I am on 2 different antibodies for this. They also found a mass in my stomach that I have . I am a cancer surviour of 8 years. What can I expect from this disease. I have been vomiting for about 2 weeks. I can't find much information on this disease.
