I Was Recently Diagnosed With Mono, I Have Had It

I was recently diagnosed with mono, I have had it for a while and I'm now at a very low stage. But now I have a sore on my vagina that causes severe pain when I pee, I also have gotten red painful bumps or nodules on my legs and the ones I've had for awhile are getting better and look more like bruises now, i also have been having very severe upper left abdominal pain that is sometimes unbearable, what do you think my problem is?
