I Was Recently Diagnosed With Severe ADHD And Was Given

I was recently diagnosed with severe ADHD and was given a prescription. I was also given a drug test that same day. My only problem is I had taken an adderall without a prescription and worried that I will show in my drug test. What would likely happen if there's traces of adderall in my system prior to ADHD diagnoses?
