I Was Recently Diagnosed With Shingles, I Have A Couple

I was recently diagnosed with shingles, I have a couple questions. 1) Should I postpone getting a annual flu vaccine? 2) I have had Bells Palsy for nearly 6 years, knowing the virus is related, is there an increased chance that shingles pain/symptoms will continue for an extended period of time as is does for some? I would like to ask a potentially unrelated question also, about 2 weeks ago I was told by my urologist that my urine had WBC's, however C&S did not show an infection. I am not having significant Right sided very low abdominal pain, could this pain be related to shingles? The rash is on my lower back on the Right side.
