I Was Recently Diagnosed With Stage 4 Cirrhosis. I Know

I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cirrhosis. I know I've had hep c at least 14 yrs. I'm currently on Harvoni & my viral loads are decreasing, which is great, but that will not help my cirrhosis. I was just denied by insurance fibrosure text to find out scarring on liver so I'm pushing now for biopsy. How do I tell my prognosis. It's a terminal illness, so how do I find out how long I have. I know I have be in due compensated state to get on transplant list but I'm JUST short of being considered that. Plz give me some answers. Thank you
