I Was Recently Had The Implant Birth Control Now I'm

I was recently had the implant birth control now I'm taking the combined pills! I went to planned parenthood they told me I could smoke STILL but I'm reading on the internet people saying no but they told me it doesn't apply to me only if I'm 35 and older. Can you please help me so I know what direction to take
