I Was Recently Hospitalized For Low Bp, Tachycardia, And Low

I was recently hospitalized for low bp, tachycardia, and low K+. I take Phenergan for nausea associated with enlarged common bile duct. I was told that this drug can slow conduction of SA more to ventricles. I had a pre-op Ekg that showed this but was marked as normal. Thanks
