I Was Recently In A And E Following Sudden Onset

I was recently in A and E following sudden onset of dysuria, passage of clots on my water.I still have residual infection a fortnight on and have suggested to my Gp that it may possibly have affected my kidneys.I wake most nights with rigors which are decreasing but I have been terribly tired.What do you advise Thanks Miss Thomas
