I Was Recently In An Auto Accident And Have A

I was recently in an auto accident and have a concussion, left shoulder pain and pain in the neck and upper back. I have been through MRI's on the neck and thoracic spine and nothing is broken, waiting on an MRI of the brain. The accident was 6 weeks ago. Yesterday, I noticed a new pain. When I turn my head to the left, I am getting very strong pain in my right upper jaw into my ear. I have no problem talking or chewing. Any thoughts?
