I Was Recently In Hospital With Omental Infarction. Pain Slowly

I was recently in hospital with Omental Infarction. Pain slowly getting better. Working to lose weight ( currently 210lbs 5' 7") and reducing work to half time for next week. What's the typical recovery time? I was treated with rest pain Meds and fluids.
