I Was Recently In Hospital With A Pneumothorax & Hemothorax

I was recently in hospital with a pneumothorax & hemothorax discharged 19/11/15 & was since re x-rayed 9/12/15 to discover further "Pleural Effusion Build up" I haved had further test, breathing, ultrasound & x-ray 15-25/1/16 Been told will be followed up in 3mths. I am still experiencing a strange sensation which causes me to do a big yawn or stammer/stutter breath in, which gives me a pain in my right lung. Does this sound like Fibrothorax ? What do you think I should do ? Feeling tired all the time & not my usual energy level over 3 months on.
