I Was Recently Prescribed 150 Mg Of Lithium 2xs Dailey

I was recently prescribed 150 mg of lithium 2xs dailey I am at my wits end nothing works I am unable to go out full of fear and mean and moody. I am also anti social . ive lost my whole family to death. and lost my baby to crib death in 1997 and am never was this kind if person/ can you tell me if lithium was the drug for me??thanx
