I Was Recently Put On Labetalol 300 Mg Hcl, To

I was recently put on labetalol 300 mg hcl, to replace metropolol, twice a day along with losarton to replace norvasac as we could not get my bp down, along with already taking coated aspirin and atorvastatin due to a light stroke. I am also taking triamt/hct, bidil and a clonidine patch. I have experienced light headness, weakness, nervousness, even though it brought the bp down in the morning, some times too low, first thing in the morning 108/64, 82/41, 100/66--and I still have pills to take after this. Can I split the labetalol in half?
