I Was Recently Sick With Acute Bronchitis And The Flu,

I was recently sick with acute bronchitis and the flu, had to take augmentin for 7 days to get rid of the infection and have had soft stools non-stop since. It feels like diarrhea as far as the urgency to go and the sudden cramping but I don't know what's causing it other than perhaps the probiotics i took to replace what the antibiotics would have depleted in my digestive system. I have been off the augmentin for 6 days. Is this a common side affect of probiotics?
