I Was Recently Treated On 3 Seperate Occasions For A

I was recently treated on 3 seperate occasions for a case of rather aggresive chlamydia, finaly after the last treatment it went away. Now i am faced with a whole other problem. I have recently returned from a 5 month stay in alberta where i was in contact with someone with herpes, we never had intercourse but she did perform oral and there was some over the clothes contact with my genitalia and hers, mine being bare and hers not. After returning home i came into contact with 4 other woman in sexual intercourse. None of them had complaints of contracting or symptoms of any kind linking to an s.t.d. but 1 girl after having sex with another man started getting symptoms of herpes within 4 days and ended up testing positive and i am wondering if it is more likely that she contracted it from this new partner, or if i could be the cause and the long period of discomfort that i thought was chlamydia could of been signs of a mild herpes outbreak. I have never had any of the symptoms linking to the possibility of herpes. I have been screened twice since being back and there was no signs of a herpe infection. Am i most likely the cause or is this just a coincidence and her new partner was the cause ?
