I Was Referred To A Clinic For An EUS Because

I was referred to a clinic for an EUS because doctors found a dilated pancreatic duct. Results of EUS showed no abnormalities, no cancer, no pancreatitis. I do have Sjögren's syndrome and scleroderma but the doctors did not give a reason as to why I have a dilated pancreatic duct. My mother died of non alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver and that seems to run I our family. Can you tell me if you think my autoimmune diseases are the probable cause of the Dilation? Or maybe something hereditary. I do have a mild fatty liver, a cyst on my liver and symptoms of a sluggish liver and I think I am getting the symptoms my mom had. I belch a lot, have upper abdominal pain, get pressure and discomfort when I eat along with sweating. I did have at least one serious bout of acute pancreatitis and food is my enemy, meaning it causes me too much discomfort.
