I Was Released From Hospital Yesterday, Had An Angiogram And

I was released from hospital yesterday, had an angiogram and thankfully they didn't need to put in any balloons or stints....I've been getting spots occasionally since released and some pressure in chest and just got wrist monitor and reading is 150/105. I've been put on 2 meds. should I be concerned
