I Was Removing Pink Insulation From Around A Furnace Plenum

I was removing pink insulation from around a furnace plenum that was being used to insulate the aluminum on furnace ....wasn't thinking and ripped it off and fibres sprayed in the area all over me and in my eyes, most likely lungs nose and my skin/hair...I'm extremely itchy but now terrified as to what the potential dangers are to me as I don't want cancer or respitatory issues....please help me understand
