I Was Retaining A Lot Of Water Yesterday, Hands Swollen,

I was retaining a lot of water yesterday, hands swollen, legs swollen, having a great deal of difficulty breathing and talking. Couldn't catch my breath. Took a water pill and it seems to have eased up a bit but is still there. Should I be concerned?
