I Was Robbed, My MD Dropped Me As A Pt

I was robbed, my MD dropped me as a pt because my pill court was off of course. I was on Valium 10mg tid, MS. Contin60 mg bid and oxycodone 30mg q4hr pin. I saw a new Dr (PA) today and the two Drs that were in the clinic would not sign a script for me because I had told herabotthe robbery. When the PA asked about withdrawal the Dr said "she'll live) , I am on disBility because of my chronic back pain. I have been on pain meds for 25 yrs starting with Vicodin when I was 25, I have had multiple procedures with no long term help. How do I stop these meds cold turkey?
