I Was Rubbing My Eyes Yesterday With My Jacket Sleeves,

I was rubbing my eyes yesterday with my jacket sleeves, today my sister happened to notice a few cuts on my left eye lid and one on my right eye lid. My eyes did hurt when I closed them or tried rubbing them but they don't seem to hurt today and I was wondering what might of caused it
