I Was Run Over By My Horse And Knocked To

I was run over by my horse and knocked to the ground. Soon after the update beside of my right lower calf began to burn like it was on fire. I came in, laid down and iced it and elevated it. It has a giant hard knot the size of my fist about an inch above my ankle. Ice does not cause swelling to go down. Could my fibula be broken?
