I Was Running And Had Slipped On Ice And Landed

I was running and had slipped on ice and landed on my right shoulder blade. Certain movements hurts and turning my head hurts, like a linked neck. Feels like the muscle is tight, I feel a warm sensation and its red. Do you think I just badly bruised it or fractured it?

Can't afford to go to the doctor.
