I Was Sat At My Desk At Work This Afternoon

I was sat at my desk at work this afternoon and suddenly got a severe stabbing pain slightly to the left of my chest . A collegue said the colour drained from me. I was dizzy and sweating . This lasted for around 15 minutes or so .. this evening iv been round to a friends and this happened again but this time its lasted a couple of hours . Have you any advice please
