I Was Scheduled For A Lap Total Hysterectomy Which Was

I was scheduled for a Lap total hysterectomy which was converted to total abdominal hysterectomy, partial bowel resection, Lysis Of Adhesions 9/22/14. Post op I experienced a seroma which did drain on its own and was treated for infection. About 2 1/2 weeks post op, I heard a loud pop as I was going up the steps. I ended up in bed with terrible pain that wrapped around my abdominal and back like a belt. It did improve; however, whenever I walk on concrete or do a little activity, I have terrible back pain. I have to get off my feet and lye down on heating pad to get some relief. I experience groin pain that sends terrible shocking pain down my legs that immobilizes me. I still have terrible pain before passing gas and/or having a bowel movement and gives me discomfort to press down while having a bowel. Lastly, it still bothers me to sit for long periods at a time. Should I be experiencing these things and when will they go away? Is there anything I can do? Please help. Thanks.
