I Was Scheduled To Start My Period Today. After Having

I was scheduled to start my period today. After having a bowel movement first thing in the morning I noticed that I had blood in my stool and when I wiped. I inserted a tampon thinking my period was about to start. I changed my tampon twice with not a single drop of blood on them. When I got home I had another bowl movement with blood again. I have has gas and bloating all day. Should I be concerned?
