I Was Scraped In My Hand By A Dog's Teeth

I was scraped in my hand by a dog's teeth a couple of days ago, it was very small and it didn't bled but I saw some red mark on the surface,, I washed with soap and water put hydrogen peroxide on it and been applying neosporin 3 times a day,,it has completly almost disappeared,,no pain etc,,it was my friend's dog's and my dog having a little bit of rough play,,now should I worry about Tetanus or rabies,,,both dog's have shots etc,etc,,,should I go see a doctor??
