I Was Scratched By A Dog On 2014 August,it Was

I was scratched by a dog on 2014 August,it was a minor scratch without blood flowing out. I got anti rabies injection 2wice and prior to that, in 2012 i got complete anti rabies shot due to a single dog teeth mark on my thigh. Today, i was scratched by a puppy of my neighbour which they bought recently on ny leg and blood was about to ozze out. Do i need immediate medication?
