I Was Scratched By A Fellow Co Worker. He Handles

I was scratched by a fellow co worker. He handles a lot of things the boss touches and the boss has an active cold sore. The boss picks the cold sore a lot.

I am HSV1 and HSV2 free. Am I likely to catch herpes from the scratch the co worker gave me? How possible is 3rd party contraction ?
